Who is VineStack for?

Academies, churches and faith organisations, non-profits, coaches and training organisations: anyone who runs programs, teaches or trains people, and wants their community in one place. It is built for education first and works for any organisation that gathers and grows people.

What does VineStack replace?

Most organisations stitch together a course platform, a quiz or grading tool, event sign-up forms, a donation page, a blog and a member spreadsheet. VineStack does all of it in one system, with one member list, one login and one design.

How do payments work, and which countries do you support?

Course fees, event registrations and donations go straight into your organisation's own payment account. VineStack never holds your money. Razorpay is supported today and Stripe is on the way, and we set up your payment provider with you during onboarding.

Can we use our own domain and branding?

Yes. On Plus and Pro your site runs on your own domain, with your colours, fonts, menu and homepage, all set from the admin console without code.

Is our data kept separate and backed up?

Yes. Every organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's, and the whole system is backed up automatically to private storage on a schedule.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. Admins, organisers, finance, faculty, TAs and members each see exactly what their role needs, and you decide who gets which role.

What does “Works with Claude” mean?

On Plus and Pro, you can connect Claude to VineStack and run everyday work by asking: grade the next submission, approve sign-ups, check who still owes fees, draft and publish an article. Claude acts with your own permissions, every change is confirmed before it happens, and admins decide whether it is switched on.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Every page, from lessons and quizzes to the admin tools, is built to work on phones, tablets and desktops.

Can you help us move from our current tools?

Yes. Onboarding and setup is available on every plan and is waived on annual Plus and Pro, and on Pro we migrate your data for you. Non-profits can ask about our discount.
